We are aware of the ongoing connectivity issue that you’ve been experiencing recently as well as the “connection” error you’ve been getting upon queueing to login to the game.
We’re already in coordination with our game developers and network specialists in finding the root cause to solve this issue.
To those who are currently in the login queue, we advise you to wait as log in queue means that there are many users who are trying to connect to the server at once.

To resolve the recent connection error issue we are currently experiencing, we would have an emergency server maintenance today, July 22, 2013. We will post updates on the server up-time. Please log-off your accounts to avoid account discrepancies.
Update (as of 8:00pm):
Servers are still undergoing maintenance. Up time shall be announced at a later time.
