Champions & Updates
Orianna, the Lady of Clockwork (August 5)
Command – Attack
Orianna commands her ball to fly towards target location, dealing damage to targets hit but doing reduced damage for each additional target hit. Her ball remains behind at that location afterwards.
Command – Dissonance
Orianna commands her ball to emit a magnetic pulse, dealing damage to units around it. Afterwards, the ball leaves a field behind for a few seconds that speeds up allies and slows enemies.
Ability power ratio reduced to .5 from .6
Movement speed slow and boost reduced to 20/25/30/35/40% from 25/30/35/40/45%
Command – Protect
(Passive): The allied champion the ball is attached to gains bonus Armor and Magic Resistance.
(Active): Orianna commands her ball to fly to and attach onto an allied champion, dealing damage to enemies it passes through and shielding the allied champion when it arrives.
Fixed a bug with Command: Protect that was causing the shield particle to not display.
Fixed several incorrect interactions with clones or unusual movement types.
Command – Shockwave (Ultimate)
Orianna commands her ball to emit a shockwave after a short delay, flinging affected enemies in the vicinity into the air a set distance towards, and possibly over, her ball.
Clockwork Windup (Innate)
Orianna’s autoattacks deal additional magic damage every hit, subsequent attacks on the same target within a few seconds will add more damage per hit. This bonus stacks up to three times.
Fixed a display error on the tooltip.
Fixed a bug which was causing it to add less damage than intended.
Yorick, the Gravedigger (to be announced)
Omen of War
Yorick’s next attack will deal bonus physical damage and summon a Spectral Ghoul that deals additional damage and moves faster than Yorick’s other ghouls. While the Spectral Ghoul is alive, Yorick moves faster as well.
Fixed a bug where the Spectral Ghoul would not spawn if Yorick was silenced.
Omen of Pestilence
Yorick summons a Decaying Ghoul that arrives with a violent explosion, dealing damage and slowing nearby enemies. While the Decaying Ghoul remains alive, nearby enemies continue to be slowed.
Improved the consistency of the AoE slow by increasing the radius and rate of application.
Mana cost reduced to 40/45/50/55/60 from 50/55/60/65/70.
Increased the cast range by 50.
Now scales off of ability power at a 1.0 ratio instead of a .8 bonus attack damage ratio
Heals for 40% of the damage dealt, down from 50%
Range reduced to 550 from 650
Omen of Famine
Yorick steals life from his target and summons a Ravenous Ghoul that heals Yorick for the damage it deals.
Mana cost reduced to 55/60/65/70/75 from 60/65/70/75/80.
Omen of Death (Ultimate)
Yorick conjures a revenant in the image of one of his allies. If his ally dies while its revenant is alive, the revenant sacrifices itself to reanimate them and give them time to enact vengeance.
Damage percent reduced to 45/60/75% from 50/75/100%
Removed the 10% health decay per second on the Revenant Ghoul and Reanimated Champions.
Updated the visual of Reanimated Champions to better show when a Champion has revived.
Fixed a bug with the interaction between Chrono Shift and Revenants.
Unholy Covenant (Innate)
Yorick’s attacks deal more damage for each summon that is active. Meanwhile, Yorick’s ghouls deal some percent of Yorick’s Attack Damage and have some percent of his total health.
Yorick now takes 5% reduced damage for each summon that is active.
Ghouls now gain 35% of Yorick’s attack damage and health from 30%.
Ghouls are now immune to slows.
Ghouls take 50% reduced damage from AoE abilities.
Health per level increased to 85 from 80.
Mana per level increased to 35 from 30.
Armor per level increased to 3.6 from 3.
Base attack speed increased to 0.625 from 0.613.
Movement speed increased to 320 from 315.
Base armor of ghouls reduced to 10 from 20
Leona, the Radiant Dawn (August 19)
Shield of Daybreak
Leona charges her shield with the power of the sun causing her next melee attack to deal additional damage and briefly stun the target.
Leona raises her shield granting her additional Armor and Magic Resistance for 3 seconds. When the effect ends she deals area of effect damage and increases the duration of the defensive bonuses by 3 seconds if she damages an enemy.
Leona throws a blade of sunlight that deals damage to all enemies in a line. Leona teleports to the last enemy champion hit by this attack.
After a brief delay, Leona calls down a beam of solar energy dealing damage and slowing enemies. Enemies in the center of the beam are stunned instead of slowed.
Leona’s abilities mark the target with sunlight. Allied champions that damage marked targets deal additional damage and consume the mark.
Wukong, the Monkey King (to be announced)
Wukong swings his mighty staff with incredible speed, crushing his opponent. This attack deals additional physical damage and reduces the enemy’s armor for a short duration.
Wukong utilizes his cleverness to trick his foes. He becomes stealthed for 1.5 seconds and leaves an uncontrollable decoy behind that will deal Magic Damage to enemies near it after 1.5 seconds.
Wukong dashes on a cloud toward a target enemy and sends out images to attack up to 2 additional enemies near his target, dealing physical damage to each enemy struck.
Wukong’s staff grows outward and he spins it around, dealing damage and knocking up enemies. Wukong gains movement speed over the duration of the spell.
Stone Skin (Passive)
Wukong’s armor and magic resistance are increased for each nearby enemy champion.

Ability power ratio reduced to .7 from .75

Pulverize: ability power ratio reduced to 0.5 from 0.6.
Triumphant Roar: ability power ratio reduced to 0.2 from 0.4.
Enchanted Crystal Arrow:
Slow duration reduced to 3 seconds at all ranks from 3/4/5.
Cooldown increased to 100/90/80 from 75 at all ranks.
Blitzcrank will now attempt to immediately attack champions affected by a succesful Rocket Grab.
Rocket Grab now has a proper animation.
Fixed a bug where Pyroclasm could instant-kill enemies under some circumstances.

The gold per 10 component of Philosopher’s Stone, Kage’s Lucky Pick, and Avarice Blade is now unique to itself. This means that it won’t stack when the bonus comes from the same item, but it will stack when having different items.
Zhonya’s Hourglass combine cost reduced to 800 from 1000
Randuin’s Omen and Shurelya’s Reverie will now grant assists
Rabadon’s Deathcap: base ability power reduced to 140 from 155.
Updated tooltips for many champions.
Lifesteal and spell vamp are no longer reduced if the damage done is absorbed by shields.
Healing reductions now reduce health regained by lifesteal and spell vamp.
Maximum gold for killing a player on a long kill streak reduced to 500 gold from 1000.
Minimum gold for killing a player on a long death streak reduced to 15 gold from 90 gold.
Gold rewards for kills where the target is on a 3 kill or 3 death streak or less should give comparable amounts or even more gold than before.
Experience granted for kills is now determined by the dying champion’s level.
Killing champions higher level than you will now grant more experience .
Killing champions lower level than you will now grant less experience.
Killing equal level champions is unaffected.
Wards and spawned minions that don’t attack are no longer targetable/manipulated by spells (except Summoner spell Teleport).
This means, for example, that wards will no longer be able to block Rammus’s Powerball, Teemo’s Noxious Traps will not block skillshots, and Jax is no longer able to Leap Strike onto a ward
Fixed a bug where minions were playing their particles multiple times when attacking.
Fixed areas in brush that did not correctly hide units
Teleporting to a ward will now reveal the ward to enemies for a few seconds
Locally jumping to ward will now destealth the ward for 2 seconds
